If “hand pies” 👋🏻🥧 refer to the types of pies you can eat & hold out of your hand, then these seven layer cookies, also known as rainbow 🌈 cookies cookies are, what I would like to henceforth be known as, “finger cakes” 🤏🏻🍰 cakes you can hold & eat out of your fingers. What more could a person ever want really?
