This cake was absolutely delicious 😋 We ate the whole thing in a one afternoon. I used this NYTimes recipe - although, I didn’t make the icing very thick, and I regret it. Not really much else to say, so I’ll just leave you with the other puns I considered for the title of this post: “Simply the Zest” or “Very A Peeling” 🙃
